Nice review, I'm hearing a lot of good things about Setpower🤙
Thanks Dave. I’m liking mine so far. Might pick up a bigger one down the line 🤟
It's affordable but looks a bit small. The ice should fit on the lid to save space
It’s definitely compact. I’ll probably use it for awhile. Then keep it in my truck when I upgrade to something bigger. Good call on the icebox. I’ll give that a try 🤙
Nice, very similar to what I have now. I’ll keep it as a future option.👍🏽
Awesome. Thanks for watching 🤙

I've been riding the trails that parallel the green way for years and never new they had names. Love that that you can go from just south of Mainland to Valero with almost no paved surface and still change up your route
@@mpeay3945 me too. I pulled the names off the Trailforks app for the video. Lots of good dirt out there. But it’s nice to have the pavement to fall back on if I get tired or overheated. 😎🤟
Will an axe, knife, zip ties, balaclava, gloves, bottle of bleach fit in there.....and a hammer
And condoms. Tx

After watching this video, I have established there is no reason for a truck tent. It’s literally just a tent in a truck bed lol
@@flanker0761 keen eye 😆
Enjoyed the video, you did a lovely job. Love your set up with the tent, I’ve never seen a firestarter like that, pretty neat. Love grilling corn in the husk. I wish you had “smell-a-vision”. Nice calming music and nature sounds.
@@angelaklinger2951 Hey thanks. This was one of the most relaxing places I’ve camped and I had a great time filming it. I’m glad you enjoyed the video 😊
Have you ridden juniper ridge at pedernales falls? Wondering how the terrain compares as video never tells the whole story.

Hello Chenzo hi from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. Can you plz give more info of the name of that Rv resort I my make a move thanks

@@godsbackcountryoverland definitely! Thanks 🤟
Rooftop tents. I just can’t figure them into my life. Lol. If ya need to run to the store for a beer run, bait run or Heaven forbid an emergency. I just can’t do it. Lol. It’s biggest plus I can find is rain, at least you’re off the ground. I prefer my ARE MX truck cap and a tarp that I could just drive off and leave in an emergency
@@xforce708 I feel ya. That’s 100% true. In my case this, this one packs down easier than my truck tent setup. So I don’t mind breaking down camp to run into town, but in an emergency, things would get kinda messy. I’d probably, just fold it, buckle it then take off. Thanks for the input. Great subject for a future video. 🤟

@@denisecaccese830 thanks for the info 😂
I just need to know what that red thing is by the rock at 3:56. When l was there I camped right next to a pinicle. I was laying on the floor of my van with the doors open, when out of nowhere a fighter jet appeared from behind the pinicle, seemingly only a few hundred feet above me. Never even heard it coming. It's a cool place for a couple of nights, but gets boring pretty fast.
@@RippSnortin that was my camp chair! I set it in the shade of that boulder as that was the only shade available at the time. I wasn’t there long enough to get bored but I should have spent atleast another day out there to explore. Hopefully I’ll see a jet next time. It’s surrounded by military installations.
I use the Plano tote from bass pro. Only $15.99 and has lasted me over 5 years
@@dabaydestrian437 I’ve heard good things about that tote. Just wish it had wheels. Still a great value though 🙌
Toughbuilt Stacktech for the win.
That’s a solid option. Pricier tho
I just wanna know what y’all do for internet??
@@241firefighter the park had free WiFi but it was kinda slow. I just used the unlimited 5G internet on my phone. They had a business center in the resort so I used that if I had to get work done. Lots of RVers say that starlink is the best option but I haven’t tried it yet.

Great minds think alike 🙌
What you can do is unhook and slide the tent out of your truck bed and leave it at your campsite if possible. This way you are not stuck at your site and are able to still use your truck, and it literally takes seconds to pop back in. Of coarse you have to leave it behind, but people leave ground tents behind at their sites all the time.
